Your mission
- Build and lead our People & Culture function, developing structured and efficient HR processes.
- Foster an engaging, inclusive and appreciative company culture that promotes high performance and well-being.
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership, providing guidance on all people-related topics.
- Design and implement a talent strategy that supports our company’s growth, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
- Enhance employee experience, including performance management, feedback culture, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment policies, compensation & benefits, and other HR operations.
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a fair and inclusive workplace.
- Implement scalable HR tools & processes, including automation and HR software (experience with Personio is a plus).
