Your Role:
As our GTM Ops Analyst, you’ll be the operational backbone of our marketing and revenue teams. We’re looking for someone to ensure that Hadrian’s GTM engine runs on clean data, seamless tools, and powerful insights. From tool implementation to campaign support and dashboard creation, as a GTM Ops Analyst you’ll be a trusted partner to our Go-to-Market, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
What you will do as a GTM Ops Analyst at Hadrian:
- Own the setup, optimization, and integration of GTM tools (especially HubSpot)
- Build campaign performance dashboards and funnel reports using BI tools
- Know your way around campaign ops, from MQL to SQL
- Audit, improve, and automate lead workflows: scoring, routing, attribution
- Collaborate on strategic projects (e.g., campaign attribution overhaul, MAP migration)
- Drive decision-making with actionable reporting and analysis
- Create documentation, playbooks, and dashboards to scale GTM ops
You are fit for this job because you:
- Have 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related role, ideally in a B2B SaaS and startup/scale-up environment
- Are highly proficient in HubSpot (automation, lifecycle stages, routing, reporting)
- Have proven experience setting up and optimising email workflows, landing pages, and forms
- Are familiar with data hygiene, compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and lead enrichment
- Are comfortable utilising Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms for reporting and dashboards
- Are experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Generation, and GTM Ops teams
- Enjoy owning tools, systems, and solutions end-to-end
Bonus points if you:
- Know SQL or JavaScript
- Have experience with Zapier, Segment, or other GTM automation tools
- Have managed and trained GTM teams on tooling best practices, data hygiene, and process workflows
