Our People Team is looking for a sharp, proactive, and curious People Solutions & Chief of Staff Intern (f/m/d) to join us at the intersection of People and Strategy. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting both our People Solutions team and our Chief of Staff - giving you a front-row seat to how business strategy and people operations come together.
You’ll be trusted with a wide range of impactful work, from business partnering with teams to crafting presentations for the company, all while developing the foundational skills of a future People or Operations leader.
Your responsibilities
As part of the People Team, your day-to-day activities could include:
People Solutions & Business Partnering Support:
Support execution of key people initiatives (e.g. manager training programs, , review cycles, engagement surveys)
Help our Head of People Solutions prepare materials, analyze data, keep documentation up to date, and draft communication plans
Support with business partnering as needed (e.g. team pulse checks, research, benchmarking)
Chief of Staff Support:
Build slide decks, briefs, and written updates for internal comms and leadership forums
Conduct light research and benchmarking across strategic topics (e.g. team structure, OKRs, culture)
Help drive the coordination of cross-functional initiatives and planning sessions
Project Management: Track and support action items across multiple workstreams. Organize key meetings, set agendas, and capture outcomes. Ensure smooth coordination between the People team and broader business.
About you
We believe the following skills and attributes will help you thrive in this role:
You are currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Human Resources, or a similar field.
You are comfortable using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and Slack
Additionally, we are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Attention to detail: You’re detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks with a smile
