Role Overview
Drive Ravio's pipeline growth and market presence through strategic demand generation initiatives across European markets. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that convert prospects into qualified leads. Build relationships with industry experts, optimise content distribution for lead generation, and deliver measurable ROI on demand generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
Build relationships with HR influencers and industry experts to amplify lead acquisition efforts through trusted voices
Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies across multiple channels in core European markets
Generate qualified leads through strategic content distribution, digital marketing, and targeted campaigns
Secure high-visibility sponsorships, podcast features, and conference opportunities to capture leads
Track performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates) and manage campaign budgets to maximise ROI
Revenue-Driving Campaign Ownership
Execute integrated demand generation campaigns across European markets to drive pipeline growth
Develop campaign plans with specific lead generation objectives, conversion tactics, timelines, and revenue metrics
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, product marketing and external partners to align on lead qualification criteria
Monitor pipeline impact and conduct post-campaign analysis to optimise future demand generation activities
Localised Lead Generation
Lead market-specific demand generation strategy across core European markets
Adapt existing content and campaigns to maximise conversion in specific markets
Manage network of local HR experts to develop market-specific lead magnets and conversion content
Analyse lead quality metrics by market to continuously improve demand generation effectiveness
Required Skills & Experience
Proven track record in B2B demand generation with demonstrable pipeline contribution
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for lead tracking
Strong understanding of lead qualification processes and sales pipeline development
Data-driven approach to optimising campaign performance and lead conversion rates
Excellent project management skills with ability to execute multi-channel campaigns
Compensation & Benefits
£45,000 - £65,000
