About the role 🖥️- As part of our Operations team based in Paris, you will take charge of leading our logistics site in Tourcoing (59). Your scope includes directing all logistics services, quality control, authentication, and consignment operations. You will manage 4 team managers and collaborate with HR, IT, and other site leaders. Additionally, you'll serve as the process owner for all logistics processes across all sites.
What you will do 👜- Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing the site operations to ensure smooth workflow—from defining resources needed to deployment and monitoring
- Planning and supervising activities across the 4 core departments, tracking reception forecasts, allocating hours, and staffing to meet site objectives in terms of lead time, deadlines, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Overseeing budget management and implementing corrective actions
- Supporting your managers and team leaders in team engagement, onboarding, monitoring, and training
- Mastering all site work processes
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Gemba) to optimize our processes, working methods, and quality—participating in ongoing workgroups and proposing future projects to transform the organization for overall efficiency
- Ensuring the safety of people and property on site
- Setting team objectives, participating in annual evaluations, and maintaining management rituals (monthly meetings, team meetings, site-headquarters communications)
- Uniting your team around collective projects for both your immediate team and global initiatives
- Managing performance indicators, ensuring regular reporting, and proposing improvement areas
- Collaborating effectively with other Vestiaire site directors and participating in global projects with headquarters and country teams (customer service, transport, authentication, central QC, moderation)
- You'll coordinate your team's actions to:
- Ensure adherence to procedures across different positions
- Verify smooth operations
- Validate forecasted staffing needs for employees and temporary workers
- Support and promote company policies to your teams
- Guarantee communication across the site (town halls, team meetings, internal events)
- Maintain a positive social climate as site manager, working with the social relations manager and Human Resources while fostering good collaboration with on-site representatives
- Implement HR policies in coordination with Human Resources: compensation, social dialogue, training, etc.
- Occasionally participate in Works Council meetings

- People-oriented and attentive to ground realities, you leverage your team's technical and behavioral skills to unite and gain their buy-in.
- You have at least 5 years of management experience in a production environment. Knowledge of fashion, luxury, or e-commerce is a plus, ideally from a manufacturing site in a demanding environment.
- You demonstrate leadership and have a strong aptitude for working in a matrix, evolving environment.
- You possess analytical thinking, are solution-oriented, and skilled in change management.
- You have excellent computer skills and Excel proficiency. Knowledge of "Tableau" and SQL language would be advantageous.
- You're known for your interpersonal skills, collective spirit, and enjoy teamwork.
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
