YOU ARE
✅ A proven in-house recruiter with experience in high-growth environments, ideally within fintech or tech startups.
📚 Deeply familiar with the talent landscape across the GCC, especially the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
🛠 Experienced in hiring for both technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (sales, operations, finance) roles.
🎯 Skilled at managing multiple requisitions and priorities without compromising quality or candidate experience.
📈 Data-driven in your approach — using market insights and metrics to continuously refine recruitment strategies.
🗣 A professional and approachable communicator, capable of building trusted relationships with candidates and hiring teams alike.
🌟 Bonus points if you speak Arabic and have experience promoting employer brands through events, meetups, and university partnerships!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
🎯 Act as a strategic partner to business leaders across the UAE and KSA, aligning recruitment efforts with regional growth plans.
🚀 Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from role intake through sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers.
🔎 Build and maintain diverse talent pools through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and community-building initiatives.
📊 Provide hiring managers and leadership with data-driven market insights to influence hiring strategies and decisions.
💬 Champion an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Pemo’s values of innovation, ownership, and excellence.
🌟 Represent Pemo externally at industry events, job fairs, and meetups — and build partnerships with top universities.
🤝 Partner closely with the People Team to ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for all new hires.
🔍 Stay on top of talent and market trends in fintech, particularly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
