Who's Rollee
Rollee is an open finance platform for alternative data to streamline the credit underwriting process. We work with auto lenders, banks, insurance companies, and many other businesses that leverage our API to reduce their default rates and fraud events and increase their acceptance rates.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Growth Intern during 4 to 6 months to support the launch and growth of our new "Income Report" for ride-hailing drivers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves digital marketing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll be hands-on in shaping the product's go-to-market operations and measuring its success.
You will:
- Lead marketing initiatives to promote the new "Income Report" for ride-hailing drivers.
- Test and optimize acquisition channels to drive product adoption and growth.
- Recruit influencers to promote the income report to their communities. Support them with ideas, designs and negotiate deals.
- Analyse performance data and help adjust strategies to improve results.
- Collect user feedback and measure user satisfaction to guide product iterations.
- Contribute creative ideas for improved product visibility and user engagement.
The profile we are looking for:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media.
- Experience with social media platforms and online content creation (Youtube, Tik Tok...)
- Eagerness to experiment, learn, and iterate to improve processes.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects, and take ownership.

- Mentorship and guidance: You’ll be working closely with the Growth Lead, gaining insights into strategic decision-making.

What you shouldn't expect:
- A rigid, structured workday: Flexibility and adaptability are key – we are a startup, and the pace can be fast and sometimes unpredictable.
- Micromanagement: You’ll have the freedom to manage your own projects, and we encourage taking initiative, but we won’t be telling you every step to take.
- A purely marketing role: While the focus will be on go-to-market strategies, you’ll also need to gather feedback, analyze data, and make improvements based on what you learn.
- Perfectionism: We care about our projects, but we think it’s better done than perfect - there is no time to waste in getting things done perfectly.
