About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition, and accurate financial reporting
- Own the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring efficient cash flow and strong stakeholder relationships
- Maintain the integrity of financial data through accurate bookkeeping and reconciliation within our accounting system
- Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Support the preparation of board pack content, providing insights that inform strategic decisions
- Identify and implement process improvements across finance operations
- Work closely with our B2B sales team to support reporting, commercial analysis, and pipeline visibility
- Collaborate cross-functionally on projects that support business performance and strategy
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or close to completion
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience, in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes
- Advanced Excel and G Suite skills
- Proficiency with accounting software (Xero preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks effectively
