Why can this position be exciting for you?
The Junior Sales Operations Analyst will support the strategic process of our Sales Operations team, enabling data-driven decisions across global B2B markets. This role is essential to scaling our operational excellence and ensuring that revenue planning, sales funnel tracking, and pricing strategies are executed efficiently.
You will work very closely with our Sales Operations Expert, Philipp and collaborate closely with other team members to help streamline processes, prepare and automate reporting, and drive visibility on performance across sales teams and markets.

You will:
- Contribute to the creation and seamless automation of sales reports that empower data-driven decisions and enhance visibility across the organization
- Assist with sales attainment calculations and the territory planning with market research and analysis; ensure our book of business remains accurate and up to date
- Monitor funnel metrics and contribute to in-depth performance analyses to support the areas for continuous development
- Perform initial reviews and analysis of pricing and discount data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with commercial strategy
- Help drive excellence by capturing and refining processes across the sales process and reporting
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Market Teams to support operational needs
- Help maintain and improve HubSpot data hygiene and usage
You bring:
- Ideally a previous experience including part time (internship / Working Student) work in Sales Operations, Financial Analytics, Business Analytics, or a comparable role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of CRM and data tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, Power Point, Google Slides, Looker)
- Comfort working with large datasets and cross-functional teams
- A structured and proactive mindset — you like solving problems and improving the status quo
- Effective communication in English (German is a plus)
