As an experienced team member, you will have a broad ownership, impact over the technology, the product, and our culture. You will work alongside a first-rate engineering team to design and implement exciting new features, build delightful interfaces, and enrich customer workflows.

About You
We're looking for engineers who have:
- Strong overlap with DraftWise’s company values.
- 4+ years as a professional software engineer using React with TypeScript.
- A focus on user impact and passion for shipping high-quality product that delights users.
- Strong ownership and autonomy.
- Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals.
It's also great if you have:
- Knowledge of modern browser APIs and language features.
- Experience with common front end frameworks and libraries.
- Worked with elements in our tech stack:
- Development: React, Redux, TypeScript, NextJS, Java
- Data: Postgres, Elasticsearch
- DevOps: AWS, Docker
- Experience with build and infrastructure tools.
- Interest in being involved in engineering design decisions.
- Interest in the data products space, and a love of building tools that helps enterprise users to do more.
