This role sits at the center of our people processes, from performance cycles to payroll support to building smart workflows that help teams do their best work. - Spot trends, flag potential issues, and help keep us audit-ready at all times
- Proactively improve workflows and processes to scale with our team
- Support the administration and execution of tasks for all relevant People Services such as onboarding, offboarding, policies or relocation & visas
People Programs & Performance
- Run core People Ops programs like basic reward initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to make sure people processes actually work for the people using them
- Stay ahead of key operational deadlines (payroll, benefits, compliance), keeping everything moving smoothly
Contracts & Compliance
- Support contract management and get familiar with relevant clauses
- Handle confidential information with complete discretion
- Surface potential compliance risks and propose smart, actionable fixes
Team Enablement & Culture
- Be a visible, approachable partner across the company—someone people trust and enjoy working with
- Bring energy, positivity, and clarity to every interaction, meeting, and message
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in People Ops (or similar HR/People roles) in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, reporting, and workflow design (bonus points if you’ve worked with platforms like BambooHR)
- Experience processing payroll in collaboration with external payroll providers in particular in Germany (UK or Portugal is a plus)
- Super organized and detail-oriented - you spot issues before they become problems
- Strong judgment and integrity, especially when handling sensitive or confidential info
- Able to manage multiple streams of work without dropping the ball
- Confident communicator who works well across teams and functions
- Excited to create processes and build structures from scratch when needed
- A natural “people person” who makes teams stronger just by being in the room
- German C1 required
