Position
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of enterprise-level SEO campaigns, from initial strategy development to seamless implementation and reporting on results.
- A strong focus and understanding of technical SEO to enhance performance.
- Foster day-to-day client relationships through in-person meetings, regular conference calls, and engaging presentations.
- Aspire to exceed client expectations and performance goals.
- An up-to-date understanding of what it takes to drive organic success and the ability to apply this to deliver meaningful business growth.
- Creative mindset, someone who loves testing, figuring out complex issues, and continuously improving.
- As a Senior SEO Consultant, you'll be a pillar of knowledge and support for both your team and the wider department
Required Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and adept multitasking abilities within deadline-driven environments.
- Profound and up-to-date knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) tactics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console (experience with Looker Studio and PowerBI is desirable).
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- A sense of humour, boundless enthusiasm, self-motivation, and an unwavering passion for achieving excellence.
- Having experience with leading SEO on global brands and in sectors such as Finance would be advantageous.

Requirements
The Right Candidate
We're looking for a passionate, professional, and experienced Senior SEO Consultant to join our global team.
You’ll apply your strategic and practical experience to deliver exceptional results for some of the largestUK, European, and global brands.
You should have at least5+ years of dedicated SEO experience, in an agency or in-house setting. Additional experience in other marketing channels will be an asset, along with a broader understanding of business operations and strategic acumen.
The role of Senior SEO Consultant will involve leading and driving organic campaigns for a range of clients across different industries. Collaborating with like-minded, passionate individuals, you’ll help to deliver success and lead by example for other members of our SEO team.
You will be required to work in a team to solve problems and think outside the box to reach the goals of a client campaign. We’re also looking for someone who thrives in a team environment and can give/take feedback to better themselves and those around them.
Measures of Success:
Success will be measured by the quality, and consistency of your deliveryour SEO solutions for enterprise clients, prospects, and in supporting our wider service delivery to enhance results, satisfaction, and growth.
Working with other roles you’ll take ownership of the actions, deadlines, and quality of work that you deliver, including proactivity of communication both internally with the team, and externally with clients and prospects.
Client and colleague advocacy is a key priority, as is ongoing learning and personal development so that your skills remain at the forefront of SEO service positioning and delivery.
