Weâre looking for a dynamic, creative, and trend-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead and own our TikTok presence while also contributing to our broader content strategy across Instagram. You will ideate, shoot, edit, publish, and analyze content â with a sharp eye for culture, a strong creative sensibility, and deep platform expertise.

What you will do đ- Content Creation & Management
- Plan, shoot, edit, and post high-impact video content for TikTok and Instagram
- Create platform-native content that is fresh, thumb-stopping, and aligned with Vestiaire Collectiveâs tone and values.
- Collaborate with internal creative and brand teams to align content with key product moments, campaigns, and cultural moments.
- Work with the influencer team to source relevant talent or influencers for coposts where needed
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Own and manage the TikTok content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publishing.
- Stay on top of emerging trends, hashtags, sounds, and content formats to keep Vestiaire ahead of the curve
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, initiating conversation, and amplifying user-generated content.
- Work with the performance marketing team to utilise assets across types of media
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track, report, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance insights and actionable recommendations.
Who you are â- A digital native who lives and breathes social media.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passionate about sustainable fashion and storytelling.
- Agile and adaptable, able to pivot quickly based on performance or trends.
Must-Have Skills
- 4+ yearsâ experience managing TikTok and Instagram content, ideally for a fashion, lifestyle, or culture brand.
- Proven ability to shoot and edit engaging short-form videos (in-app and using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Comfortable in front of camera with good fashion knowledge and style
- Strong understanding of social trends, creator culture, and the TikTok/IG Reels algorithm.
- A creative portfolio or TikTok/Instagram handle demonstrating original content.
- Add your socials (Tik tok and Instagram)
Bonus Skills
- Experience working with influencers or creators.
- Graphic design or motion design capabilities (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
- Basic knowledge of paid social best practices.
- Experience with other social channels e.g. Youtube, Pinterest, X, Substack
