We regularly receive offers from recruiters who want to support us in finding suitable candidates. We are open to collaboration, but it is important that this aligns with our current phase as a startup, our company culture, and our vision. Therefore, we only work together under the following conditions:
Exclusivity of candidates
We only consider candidates who have not been directly or indirectly introduced to us by other parties. As a recruiter, you are responsible for ensuring the exclusivity of your candidates.
Fee structure and payment
- The fee is 18% of the gross annual salary (including holiday allowance). Payment is divided as follows:
- 20% within 14 days after the employment contract is signed
- 80% within 14 days after the successful completion of the probation period
Guarantee period
If the employment contract ends within 6 months, the following options are available: 50% refund of the fee or a replacement candidate at no additional cost.
Confidentiality and GDPR
All information about our organization and vacancies is treated as confidential. You are required to comply with GDPR regulations when sharing candidate data.
Communication
All communication must go through our HR department. Direct contact with hiring managers is not allowed without written permission.
Validity of candidate proposals
Candidate proposals are valid for 3 months unless the candidate applies independently or is introduced by another party.
Our responsibility
We reserve the right to reject candidates without providing a reason. A proposal or interview does not guarantee placement.
