Team Description
The Pricing team in Brazil is responsible for driving sustainable growth and profitability by designing, executing, and improving our pricing strategy. As our Senior Pricing Analyst in the Brazilian market, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure we maximize our revenue while remaining competitive. This is a highly impactful role where analytical thinking and stakeholder management are key to success.
What you’ll do
Create analytical models to improve the pricing value proposition and drive profitability.
Analyse fee campaigns and pricing experiments to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Identify growth opportunities for new customer acquisition and revenue enhancement from the existing merchant base.
Collaborate with finance and business teams to develop pricing strategies that align with growth and payback goals.
Develop and maintain automation tools to improve operational efficiency in pricing processes.
Translate data into insights and present pricing performance, trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, supporting decision-making.
You’ll be great for this role if
You have experience as a pricing or financial analyst with proven impact on profitability and revenue.
You possess excellent stakeholder management skills and can influence senior leaders across different functions.
You have hands-on experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
You have Intermediate or Advanced in English, both written and spoken, and comfortable working with international teams.
You have proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and BI tools, along with a solid understanding of financial KPIs. (Nice to have, but not mandatory.)
