About The Role
🚀 Your next challenge (Mission):
Cobee by Pluxee is seeking a driven and ambitious BDR Team Lead to join our high-growth team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BDR ready to take the next step in their career by leading a team while continuing to contribute directly to pipeline generation. You’ll play a key role in scaling our sales development function in a fast-paced SaaS and FinTech environment focused on transforming employee benefits.
What you'll be doing (Key responsibilities):
- Lead and motivate a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Carry and achieve a personal quota for lead generation and pipeline contribution, setting the standard for your team through hands-on prospecting.
- Coach and mentor team members on outbound strategies, cold outreach, and lead qualification, providing regular feedback and sharing best practices.
- Help onboard and train new BDRs, supporting their ramp-up and ongoing development.
- Monitor team and individual KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, qualified opportunities), ensuring targets are consistently met.
- Act as a resource for the team, answering questions, supporting territory coverage, and leading by example in daily activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform outreach strategies
🌟 You’re a match
- 1+ year of experience as a high-performing BDR or SDR in a SaaS, FinTech, or high-growth startup environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed personal sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members, with a strong desire to develop leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on both individual and team success
Work Experience Requirements:
- 1+ years of Proven successful experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory capacity is a plus, but not required—this can be your first formal leadership role if you’re ready to step up.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales processes, prospecting tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft).
Languages:
- Fluent Spanish and English (oral and written)
