- Proven Project Leadership: A solid understanding of the project lifecycle from scope to execution, ideally with hands-on experience managing at least 1-2 CapEx projects
- The ability to deep-dive into technical complexities while never losing sight of the broader strategic objectives
- A clear, confident communicator who can effortlessly navigate cross-functional teams, connect disparate ideas, and drive progress forward
- Skilled in identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks, with a proven ability to anticipate challenges and act decisively
- Sharp prioritization and time management skills that ensure efficient workflows and continuous momentum
- Familiarity with supplier networks in the power industry is a plus
- Comfortable working within regulated environments; experience with food safety standards and ATEX compliance is a significant advantage
