At AMBOSS, we are committed to supporting medical students and professionals at every stage of their journey. As part of our mission in Germany, we aim to guide students through the challenges of medical school, from their pre-clinical studies (Vorklinik) to clinical training (Klinik), and help them succeed in key exams like the Physikum and the Staatsexamen. To strengthen our efforts, we’re looking for a Junior CRM Marketing Manager focused on the medical student audience in Germany. This role is crucial in shaping and personalizing how we engage with students—helping them navigate their studies, discover the full value of AMBOSS, and feel supported every step of the way.
You will:
- You will mainly focus on the implementation and optimization of multichannel campaigns and automations via Braze - our CRM system
- You will support with the execution of AMBOSS' promotional campaigns
- You will work very closely with different teams to advise and support them in the development and implementation of campaigns.
- Support delivery of all CRM activity in our key markets, including optimisation & reporting, performance metrics & ROI.
- Support development, testing, and deployment of new CRM channels for AMBOSS, such as Push.
- Leverage data and customer insight to constantly improve the engagement of our campaigns and channel ROI.
You bring:
- Experience in the multichannel CRM environment (mobile/email/web).
- A growth mindset to create campaigns that can move the needle and increase our market share
- Affinity and interest in trying new technologies
- Knowledge of marketing automation software (e.g. Braze, Hubspot) and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker
- Experience with HTML, CSS and javascript-type languages like AMPscript
