🚀 Internship overview
You will join the Business team and report to Clémentine Papon (Chief of Staff), working closely with the Fundraising and Business Development functions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the crossroads of investor relations, partnerships, strategic operations, and go-to-market execution while supporting one of the most exciting food tech companies in Europe.
🎯 Key responsibilities
Support our current fundraising cycle
- Maintain, update, and qualify the investor pipeline (CRM, follow-ups, meetings tracking);
- Coordinate investor meetings and ensure documentation readiness (deck, data room, other fundraising deliverables);
- Assist in due diligence workflows, closing operations, and reporting;
- Contribute to refining and streamlining the fundraising process, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between internal teams and external contributors.
Support partnerships & go-to-market execution
- Track and update the commercial & partnership pipeline (wholesalers, Michelin chefs, corporates, etc.)
- Support Gourmey's upcoming product launch, help execute strategic plans and marketing initiatives;
- Help organise strategic events, tradeshows and tastings;
- Support collaboration with external consultants, advisors and partners (to help fundraising, go-to-market, communication, etc.)
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities in the premium and luxury food industry;
- Execute PR and Communication strategy to grow our awareness on social channels.
🔍 Who we’re looking for
- You are currently enrolled in a business degree or have recently graduated.
- You have excellent organizational abilities. With a proactive and self-motivated approach, you eagerly take ownership of projects and see them through to successful completion.
- You have strong analytical skills with experience in market research, data analysis, and trend assessment to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- You have great interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships and collaborating across departments to achieve shared goals.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, driving you to get things done and seize opportunities, embracing challenges with enthusiasm.
- You’re fluent in English — no need to speak French.
- Prior experience in startups, business development, or fast-paced environments is a plus.
