We're looking for a visionary VP of Brand to lead the charge in shaping and scaling a world-class brand that resonates deeply with our customers and redefines the global healthcare experience.
In this role, you'll own the development and execution of our brand strategy—defining how MANUAL shows up in the world across every channel, product, and touchpoint. You’ll bring a unique blend of strategic thinking and creative instinct, with proven experience scaling high-growth consumer brands in sectors like DTC, lifestyle, or healthcare.

What you'll do
- Lead Brand Vision & Strategy: Define and evolve MANUAL'S brand vision, positioning, and identity to ensure consistency, character, and impact across all touchpoints.
- Shape the Brand Experience: Own how MANUAL looks, sounds, and feels across every customer interaction—from product and packaging to content, communications, and service.
- Marketing Communications: Develop and implement a communications strategy that brings our brand and products to life in compelling and authentic ways across channels.
- PR & Storytelling: Build an always-on PR engine that communicates Manual’s mission, values, and impact - making us a leading voice in health and wellness.
- Community Building: Cultivate a thriving health and wellbeing community that helps people improve their health outcomes and connect with others on the same journey.
- Brand Health & Measurement: Establish and track key brand health metrics, using insights to inform strategy and improve performance.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a growing team. Create a culture of ownership, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Commercial, and People teams to ensure brand is embedded in everything we build—from product launches to employer brand.

Who you are
- A strong track record of building and scaling successful consumer brands—ideally in high-growth DTC, lifestyle, or healthcare businesses.
- A deep belief in the power of brand and community to transform behaviour and drive growth.
- Hands-on experience leading brand activations across PR, content, creative, community, and communications.
- Strategic thinking paired with creative problem-solving—able to connect the big picture with actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; comfortable engaging across all levels, including the board.
- Proven ability to hire, grow, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you help define success—not just deliver it.
