We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us build our sales engine from the ground up. As one of the first sales hires, you’ll play a key role in opening doors and creating pipeline from scratch — driving revenue, shaping our outreach strategies, and working closely with our sales managers to scale a high-impact business.

Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Outbound Engagement: Initiate first contact through cold calls, emails, and social outreach – with a focus on securing qualified meetings.
- Lead Research & Prospecting: Independently identify and qualify potential customers using various channels
- CRM Management: Diligently document all activities and insights in the CRM to ensure transparency and team alignment.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales managers to share feedback, refine targeting, and boost conversion rates.

Skills & experience you will need 💪
- Experience in sales execution or a similar role
- Proven success in ambitious settings
- Very strong communication and listening skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluent in German & English
