The Global HR Service Manager is an HR professional with international HR experience. In this role, the Global HRSM will support both the client and internal HR Shared Services team members in handling HR matters.
How you will make a difference:
• Oversee and manage the assigned workers to ensure that key performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met throughout the onboarding process, while providing ongoing support to enhance productivity.
• Identify and analyze opportunities for improvement within HR processes, with the goal of driving efficiencies across our HR Service teams and delivering exceptional service to our clients, fostering a culture of continuous development and innovation.
• Proactively resolve client escalations by collaborating closely with clients to address concerns and identify solutions, while actively working to strengthen client relationships and enhance engagement through regular communication and feedback.
• Facilitate the comprehensive processing of employment contracts, policy documentation, and employee handbooks, ensuring that all materials are tailored to meet the specific needs of the assigned clients and comply with relevant legal requirements.
• Offer expert guidance and advisory services on various aspects of country-specific legislation, employee relations issues, and critical projects such as organizational restructuring, workforce reduction strategies, and mergers and acquisitions, ensuring clients receive well-informed support.
• Assist clients in managing employee performance, addressing absence management, and navigating disciplinary procedures, as well as supporting the grievance process.
What will give you an advantage:
4+ years strong international HR experience
• Exceptional communication skills, multilanguage skills a plus
• High degree of success leading complex projects
CIPD, SHRM, or other relevant qualifications desirable but not essential
