Mission Brief
Isar Aerospace is writing QUALITY in big letters, join our team as Measurement Mechanic, if you are interested in working on a state-of-the-art machine park alongside of great colleagues. In your daily work you will take over measurement and quality control tasks in a high level working environment.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Measuring components from in-house production or external suppliers to ensure compliance with technical drawings and specified tolerances
- Inspecting surface characteristics for quality, finish, and conformity to standards
- Supporting production and design departments with measurement-related inquiries
- Documentation of measurement results and any deviations or non-conformities identified during inspections
- Conducting thorough visual inspection to identify defects, damages, or inconsistencies
Qualification Checklist
- Technical training degree / apprenticeship in relevant fields, with further education in measurement or within the QA Field
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experienced in reading technical drawings
- Experienced conducting measurements on machines and with hand equipment
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and quickly grasp technical concepts and processes
- Independent, reliable, and resilient work style
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Fluent German and English language skills

- Software knowledge in Polyworks, Calypso or Similar
