Qargo is a tech scale-up with offices based in London and Ghent (Belgium). We’re on a mission to transform the transportation industry by making it more efficient, profitable and sustainable. We are building the most user-friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning. To achieve our mission and support our growth, we’re looking for a Junior Sales Engineer to join our team in the UK.
In this role you’ll:
✅ Deliver engaging demos and technical walk-throughs of the Qargo platform
✅ Tailor demo environments to match each customer’s needs and workflows
✅ Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to assess technical fit
✅ Translate sales conversations into valuable feedback for the Product team
✅ Stay up to date on new features and support the Sales team with insights
✅ Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams
What we are looking for:
✅ Based in the UK, fluent in English
✅ 1–2 years of experience in a SaaS environment (pre-sales, consulting, or implementation)
✅ Comfortable communicating with both technical and commercial audiences
✅ A quick learner with a hands-on, analytical approach to problem-solving
✅ Familiar with CRM systems like HubSpot and demo tooling
✅ Interest or experience in the transport or logistics industry is a strong plus
✅ Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site demos and in person meetings
