Your mission
As NeoTaste continues to expand into additional cities and markets, we need to scale our user acquisition and retention strategies in a sustainable and cost-effective way. We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement as well as revenue growth through platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging digital channels.
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will play a critical role in achieving the following company-wide objectives:
User growth & retention: Scaling our subscriber base through paid marketing & strategic retargeting efforts.
Data-driven optimization: Improving attribution models, analytics, and automation for efficient spend allocation.
Increased efficiency: Lowering CAC while increasing member LTV.
Faster market penetration: Supporting NeoTaste’s launch into new cities with localized acquisition and retargeting strategies.
Localised user retargeting: Improving user engagement and retention in each city
Your profile
A significant amount of experience in performance marketing (7+ years): You’ve been focused on user/subscriber acquisition, paid media and growth marketing, and preferably you have a background in consumer apps with a subscription-base businesses model. Ideally, you have worked in high-growth startups or scale ups.
Strategic & hands-on at the same time: You bring a proven track record in strategically scaling digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS and CAC optimization for online growth.
Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills: You have expertise in Google Analytics, Adjust, attribution modeling, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools. Plus points if you have successfully implemented a full funnel campaign optimization engine.
Cross-functional collaborator: You are used to working with stakeholders across the business from product and CRM but also brand and social teams.
Experimentation mindset: You like to rapidly test and iterate to find winning strategies. You are adaptable and naturally prioritize projects that are high-impact. You are proactive and always want to find new ways to scale subscriber growth efficiently.
A naturally curious and fast-paced go-getter: With a “learning never stops” mindset and your innovative and growth-oriented attitude, you strive to make performance marketing a success.
