Job Description
In your role as Application Manager - SAP SuccessFactors ECP you will SAP SuccessFactors EC(P), you will take ownership of enhancing and supporting our SAP SuccessFactors landscape, with a primary focus on ECP.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Drive the implementation of enhancements and new features in SAP ECP, collaborating closely with local payroll teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Support and maintain Employee Central functionalities, working on configuration, issue resolution, and optimization.
- Act as a key contact for day-to-day support of payroll operations, system issues, and change requests in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects across the SAP SuccessFactors suite, bringing both technical and process knowledge to the table.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll, ideally for Germany and Netherlands.
- Solid working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with experience in configuration, workflows and business rules.
- Experience in supporting or implementing enhancements and feature rollouts in SuccessFactors.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
