The role
You’ll join at a key moment: the People team is just starting to take shape, currently composed of Margot (Talent Acquisition & HR Manager, full-time) and Romane (HR & TA Intern). You’ll be the third team member and will have a central role in building the function and supporting the company’s hypergrowth.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition & HR Manager, you will own all recruitment activities for tech roles at Orus: Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, Data specialists, and more. You will be a true partner to hiring managers in technical teams, helping them build strong, high-performing engineering squads while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
You’ll join a small but ambitious People team and play a central role in scaling our tech organization. This is a high-impact position with visibility across the company and a direct contribution to Orus’ growth.
Your responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for all tech roles (from sourcing to closing)
Proactively build and manage a strong pipeline of tech candidates (passive and active)
Ensure a seamless and top-notch candidate experience tailored to tech talents
Hiring manager partnership
Collaborate closely with engineering managers and tech leads to define role needs, scorecards, and recruitment strategies
Provide guidance and structure to improve hiring decisions, including technical assessment processes
Train and coach managers and interviewers on interview best practices and candidate evaluation
Hiring process & tools
Optimize and scale our tech recruitment process (efficiency, quality, tooling, metrics)
Set up reporting and track hiring performance with clear KPIs specific to tech hiring
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our employer branding in the tech community
Projects & collaboration
Support tech employer branding initiatives: tech events, hackathons, developer communities, partnerships with engineering schools
Collaborate on cross-functional People projects (onboarding, DEI, talent development…)
Help shape the foundations of a high-performing and candidate-centric Tech Talent Acquisition function
