Your role at a glance đ¤¸ââď¸
Weâre looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Commercial team. Youâll be the first point of contact for future Juni customers â identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects. This is a prospecting-heavy, high-ownership role where youâll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing & RevOps to build pipeline and power our growth.
Your responsibilities đ
In this role, youâll:
- Build Juniâs outbound sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new leads
- Execute multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) with smart, tailored messaging
- Book meetings for our AEs with high-potential prospects
- Leverage tools and data to prioritise accounts and improve performance
- Maintain accurate CRM data and track key outbound KPIs
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and RevOps to continuously optimise outreach
- Bring energy, curiosity, and positivity to the team every day
By month 2, youâll be fully onboarded and generating outreach daily.
By month 3, youâll consistently book qualified meetings and iterate on messaging.
In 4 months, youâll be seen as a reliable pipeline engine and key contributor to Juniâs commercial motion.

What we need to see
- 1+ year of experience in an outbound sales role (SDR/BDR/Internship)
- A self-starter mindset and strong written/verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Swedish & English
- Strong organisational skills and CRM hygiene
- Drive to hit targets and grow into an AE role over time
What weâd love to see
- Experience with HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or digital-first industries
- Comfort handling objections and staying resilient in rejection
