We help companies get compensation right.
What we get paid at work has a massive impact on our lives, and it’s one of the biggest factors in hiring and retaining talent - and yet so many companies struggle to get it right. They simply have no choice but to rely on poor data and unsophisticated tools for their pay decisions. That’s why we created Ravio.
We help many of the world’s most innovative and ambitious companies build stronger teams and reach their goals through better compensation. Our real-time data platform brings compensation into the modern age with clarity and transparency.
We’re passionate about ensuring everyone is paid what they deserve, no matter their background or circumstances. We believe that when compensation is done right, everyone wins.
Ravio is growing fast, which means you can too. Joining a startup in the early days and scaling it into a global product is one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences a career can offer. If that sounds exciting to you, you’re in the right place.
About the role
We're looking for a creative, strategic marketer to build Ravio's presence across key European markets.
Your mission: Make Ravio the go-to name for modern compensation planning in your regions.
You'll create campaigns that tap into local market dynamics — whether that's partnering with HR influencers, launching data-driven content, or finding completely new ways to get HR & Reward leaders talking about fair pay.
You're not starting from scratch.
Ravio already has strong foundations in these markets: global compensation data and market trends, established customers, active pipelines, and growing partner networks. Your job is to amplify that momentum into marketing that earns attention and builds trust.
This role gives you autonomy to shape how Ravio grows in some of our biggest markets. Think creative campaigns, strategic partnerships, and content that actually resonates locally.
What you'll do
Build regional campaigns that matter
Develop marketing campaigns tailored to core European markets, such as France, Netherlands, Germany, and beyond – speaking directly to HR and Reward leaders' real challenges
Localise global messaging whilst capturing what makes each market unique
Turn Ravio's compensation data into compelling, locally-relevant content that drives conversations
Drive brand awareness through smart partnerships
Identify the right brand-building opportunities, events, podcasts, and media outlets for each market
Build relationships with HR influencers, compensation consultants, and local VCs who can authentically amplify our message
Experiment with formats that work: data reports, events, regional content, earned PR — whatever moves the needle
Focus on metrics that actually matter
Use branded search volume and pipeline creation as your north star
Aggregate learnings across regions and collaborate with our Growth team to extend reach where it makes sense
Iterate quickly based on what's working (and what isn't) to drive consistent outcomes
Be the bridge between local and global
Work with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Content to amplify regional efforts
Translate local market insights back to central teams
Pitch campaign ideas that earn buy-in through insight, creativity, and commercial relevance
What we're looking for
Proven experience in B2B brand or regional marketing with clear pipeline contribution
Balance of creativity and commercial sense — you launch initiatives that look good and drive results
Strong project management skills and comfort working autonomously across teams
Double bonus: Regional language fluency or knowledge of HR/PeopleTech
