bloomon is turning the flower industry on its head – for the better. How? By disrupting the traditional supply chain! We skip the auction and wholesale, to shorten the journey for our flowers. And we harness technology, brand and innovation to deliver gifts and subscriptions that delight our customers across Europe.
We launched in Amsterdam in 2014, and in 2021 joined forces with Bloom & Wild, the UK's fastest growing ecommerce company (according to the Financial Times). Our group is backed by top tier investors and is now home to a family of 3 strong brands, Bloom & Wild, bloomon and Bergamotte. Together, we’ve delivered over 20 million orders (and counting!), making us the largest direct to consumer flower business in Europe.
Our vision is to create the destination for making life a little more thoughtful and beautiful. And we won't stop at flowers and plants. Starting with the Bloom & Wild brand, we're expanding our gifting offering to other categories like cakes, candles and cocktails. This is all part of our ambition to build Europe's #1 direct to consumer gifting destination.
We care wildly about people and our planet. Which is why we’re so proud to be a certified B Corp™ – committed to making long-term positive change for our community, and the world around us.
🛠️ Project Management & Production @ Bloom & Wild Group
At bloomon, the Brand & Creative team is at the heart of the brand. We're a vibrant group of creative thinkers working across three disciplines: brand (strategy, social, influencer & resourcing), creative (graphic design, copywriting and campaign concepting), and communications (including PR). We’re responsible for our brand strategy and creative output, and we work with teams across the business to bring the brand to life in every touchpoint.
We move fast, think boldly, and collaborate closely with Range, Research, Operations, and Digital Product teams to create and deliver joyful, thoughtful and distinctive brand experiences that resonate deeply with our customers.
⚙️ What will you do?
We’re looking for an experienced and structured Project Manager & Producer to join our Brand & Creative team. You'll be the backbone of our creative operation, ensuring high-quality execution across lifestyle campaigns, weekly e-commerce shoots, brand activations, campaigns and everything in between. You'll own our creative process end-to-end. From brief to delivery and ensure the right people are involved at the right time.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our brand lead, creatives, external freelancers and both internal and external key stakeholders to keep everything running on time and on budget. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring clarity and calm to complex projects.
⚙️ Responsibilities
Resource- & Project management:
- Own and manage project planning, timelines, and progress tracking via Asana from day-to-day (BaU) to larger, strategic initiatives
- Ensure clarity across the team on deadlines, roles, deliverables, priorities and the sign-off process
- Act as the go-to contact for internal stakeholders and channel managers, driving alignment and momentum throughout the creative workflow
- Lead resource planning across the in-house creative team, proactively identifying capacity issues and reallocating where needed
- Source, brief and manage external freelancers (photographers, videographers, producers, editors, etc.) while maintaining a trusted network of creative partners
- Oversee creative budgets related to freelance and production resources, ensuring efficient and strategic spend
- Champion process improvements and lead transformational projects that create real operational impact, such as implementing a DAM or overhauling studio workflows.
E-commerce shoot management:
- Coordinate weekly product shoots from planning to post-production
- Collaborate with Range and Creative to define shot lists and asset needs
- Schedule freelancers, align on studio logistics and ensure timely delivery of assets
- Be the go-to person for our flower card process, ensuring accuracy and completeness across all touchpoints.
Lifestyle campaign shoot production:
- Produce seasonal/lifestyle/PR campaigns in collaboration with the Creative Lead and Brand Lead
- Source freelance teams (photographers, models stylists, light assistants) including scouting and securing of shoot locations
- Handle logistics, budgets, planning, call sheets and own all on-set production needs
- Ensure creative excellence and timely execution.
Campaigns & activations:
- Provide general campaign support, from ideation and timeline planning to shoot coordination and rollout execution
- Own the planning, logistics and execution of small- to mid-scale brand activations. Together with the Brand Lead you’ll tackle anything that’s bigger and more complex.
- Work across departments to align timelines, messaging and asset delivery
✅ You’ll love this role if you…
- 3–5 years of experience in creative project management and shoot production, ideally within a D2C, agency or e-commerce setting
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills; you're not afraid of tight timelines and are pro-active in planning and reacting to unforeseen, or unexpected deadlines
- An understanding of creative processes and what’s/who’s needed to bring a brief to life
- Strong (internal and external) stakeholder management and communication skills
- A good aesthetic eye and a love for detail
- A strong industry network and the drive to proactively source and connect with the right freelancers for each project.
- Proficiency in project management tools (we use Google suite and Asana)
- Ability to travel to our office and shoots in Amsterdam/Amstelveen weekly
- Driver’s license (B).
These are some of the skills and experience we think will enable success in this role, but please don’t worry if you are missing some of these. We’re committed to building a team made up of different strengths, skills and experiences, so if you’re excited about our values, passionate about what you do and would like to join us in doing things more thoughtfully, we’d love to hear from you.

Think deeply, act swiftly: we make sure there’s thoughtful rationale behind our approach and always act swiftly to implement ideas
Care wildly: we pour care and creativity into everything we do and pay attention to the things that make a difference
Stay open, be curious: we’re open about what we’re doing and why, and we welcome challenges from each other
We really believe in the power of face-to-face connections - be that through a shared project, a learning and development opportunity, or an after work social - and trust our teams to make the right decisions (for them and us) about where and how they work each day. Our working patterns are flexible and vary across the business, depending on the type of work, need for collaboration, and personal and wellbeing circumstances.
