As an Onboarding Agent, you will facilitate the verification process for our clients - small to medium European businesses. At the same time, the Onboarding team ensures that SumUp follows the highest compliance standards and is compliant with all applicable AML regulations.
In this role, you will provide support to our clients exclusively through non-voice communication (no phone) during daytime flexible hours.
What you'll do
Communicate with newly registered merchants, primarily via email and occasionally through chat.
Review and verify merchants’ registration documents.
Resolve a variety of queries promptly and efficiently.
Follow best practices, company policies, and procedures at all times.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
You'll be great for this role:
You have an excellent command of English and a very good level of French
You’re a strong team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues at all levels
You have outstanding time management and organizational skill
You’re enthusiastic, dedicated, and eager to learn
You have previous experience handling support email queries (this is a plus!)
You’re comfortable working with data and have a keen eye for detail
