About the Job
We are looking for a motivated working student to support our People & Culture managers and chief financial officer. You’ll help organize events for our Munich-based team (around 30 people), manage travel bookings, and handle invoices.
What you will do
- Help organize and manage engaging events for our team - remotely and in the office.
- Assist in purchasing supplies and managing the day-to-day office needs.
- Handle reimbursements, process invoices, and track expenses efficiently.
- Book travel arrangements for team members (e.g. via Deutsche Bahn, Lufthansa).
- Support the team in HR topics such as recruiting and administrational tasks.
- Work closely with the People & Culture Managers to learn about the day-to-day tasks in a small IT startup.
Your profile
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Marketing, or a related field in Munich or nearby.
- You have a genuine interest in event and travel management, as well as People & Culture topics.
- You enjoy interacting with coworkers from diverse backgrounds.
- You are available to work 20 hours per week, with the option of full-time hours during the summer months.
- You are fluent in English (business level), knowledge of German is a plus.
