We are hiring a Part-Time Finance Assistant who’s confident with a broad role and understands the importance of Process and Controls but can work in an evolving businesses and prioritise needs.
The ideal set up:
- 20-25 hours per week.
- Flexible hours.
- Some time in our Reading office.
- Immediately available (we will wait for the right person, but would love someone who can join fast).
What you’ll do:
- Managing sales and purchase ledgers, credit control, reconciliations and payments.
- Supporting VAT returns, monthly balance sheet recs, and financial reports.
- Partnering with other teams and playing a key role in operations.
- Using tools like Xero, Excel, and (ideally) HubSpot.
