Job Description
Omio is looking for a strategic and execution driven Product Manager who will take ownership of Omio’s Search API and Whitelabel solutions. This role is central to growing our B2B business by increasing adoption of these products and unlocking new partner integrations.
You’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, business development, and partnerships, with a clear focus on driving value through scalable and impactful product solutions. A key part of this role is managing relationships and roadmaps with top-tier partners like Rome2Rio and Google, identifying opportunities to grow traffic and conversions through deep technical collaboration. This role will report to the Tribe Product Director.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Define, develop and be responsible for your areas OKRs
- Grow Key Strategic Partnerships: Engage directly with Rome2Rio and Google to explore new opportunities, align on mutual goals, and ensure the product roadmap supports shared success.
- Own the Product Strategy & Roadmap for Omio’s Search API and Whitelabel offerings, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs.
- Own KPIs such as API traffic, conversion, partner engagement, and GBV – you nurture a data-driven experimental process, both hands-on in the data and collaborating with analysts to uncover opportunities, test hypotheses, and prioritise the roadmap.
- Drive Adoption & Partner Onboarding: Work closely with Business Development and tech teams to support the acquisition and successful onboarding of new B2B partners.
- Guide product development with a group of experienced engineers and designers
- Perform as the Product Owner & manage the product backlog for their product teams
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues/risks
- Work cross-functionally across multiple Omio teams
- Communicate clearly and frequently across their team and the wider organisation
Qualifications
You have at least 5+ years’ experience in Product Management
You have 2+ years’ experience in B2B
You have a strong analytical mindset & approach, using data and research to
prioritise your roadmap and processes
You have a proven track record of taking ownership, driving results and moving
with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced tech company
You have strong communications skills and you are able to share product views
across multiple functions
You have solid experience with agile development methodologies, including
Scrum
Technical background preferred (degree in Computer Science)
Writing & understanding code is a plus (not a requirement)
