Role Overview + Who We’re Looking For
Fizz is looking for an obsessive growth marketer who lives and breathes content creation. As in-house organic content creator, you’ll harness the power of viral marketing and community engagement to help build Fizz into a household name. Your work will focus entirely on short form video production, with a focus on high-volume TikTok creation, including strategies that may involve working with UGC creators. As an early employee, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the brand and customer engagement strategy of a mission-driven business. You will report directly to Scott Smith, our Cofounder and work closely with Senior Brand Manager Lisa Phan.

Developing and executing a virality centric high-output short form video strategy
Hitting an ambitious short-form video quota
Building a conversation-creating engagement strategy and cultivating a community of fans
Executing and managing highly structured growth experiments
Advising on influencer selection
