We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design across two key product teams. You'll focus on streamlining complex workflows and play a pivotal role in shaping how we embed AI into our platform, enhancing experiences through intuitive, efficient, and human-centred design.
How you will make a difference:
- 🎯 Own the design process across two product teams — from discovery to delivery, shaping the way users experience our platform.
- 🔍 Lead research and workshops to uncover user needs, validate ideas, and inspire smarter product decisions.
- ✨ Design end-to-end experiences in Figma, turning complex flows into intuitive, beautifully crafted interfaces.
- 🤝 Collaborate across disciplines with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to create aligned, user-focused solutions.
- 🧪 Plan and conduct user testing to gather feedback, identify usability issues, and continuously improve the experience.
- 🎨 Contribute to and evolve our design system, driving consistency while raising the bar on craft and usability.
- 🌱 Mentor fellow designers, offering guidance, feedback, and support to help grow our design culture.
- 💡 Champion user-centred thinking, while balancing business goals and technical realities to create real impact.
What will make you stand out:
- 💼 Solid experience designing digital products end-to-end, ideally within B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
- 🔍 Skilled in planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and turning insights into design improvements.
- 🛠 Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping, with an ability to clearly present your work to stakeholders.
- 📊 Comfortable using analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar to inform and validate design decisions.
- 📁 A strong portfolio that demonstrates how you've solved complex problems through clear, thoughtful design.
- 🌍 Experience working in a global organisation and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
- ⚡️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, making design decisions based on shifting priorities, constraints, and feedback.
- 🌱 Willing to mentor others and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
