Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Metabase, or other BI tools.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
- Use Excel to create reports, pivot tables, and perform in-depth data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver solutions in a clear and compelling way.
- Monitor key metrics and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Document processes, methodologies, and findings to maintain transparency and consistency.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in Tableau, or Metabase or in any other BI tool
- SQL Proficiency: Strong experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Excel: Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
- Experience: 2+ years in a data analysis role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data insights.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
