We're looking for a Paid Search Manager (f/m/d) to take full ownership of Moss’s most powerful growth channel. With a seven-figure budget, 20+ funnel streams, and a fast-growing footprint across Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands, you'll be at the core of how we scale qualified demand in a highly competitive market. You’ll partner closely with the growth team to execute bold ideas, run smart experiments, and make paid search a true growth lever for Moss.
Your responsibilities
Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:
Channel ownership & strategy Take full ownership of Moss’s paid search strategy across markets, managing a seven-digit annual budget and aligning campaigns with funnel intent and commercial growth goals.
Campaign execution & AI-powered optimisation Build and scale high-performing campaigns across 20+ funnel streams. Leverage AI tools to enhance targeting, bidding, and testing efficiency.
Landing page and user journey optimisation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve conversion journeys — mapping the right user needs to the right product pages at the right time.
Data-driven performance analysis Analyse and interpret campaign performance data to uncover insights, optimise at speed, and ensure strong MQL delivery at competitive acquisition costs.
Budget management & reporting Ensure smart allocation and efficient use of a search budget. Report impact, insights, and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
