About the role
As our IP Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling our intellectual property—the tests, assessments, and evaluation tools that power our platform. You’ll support the quality, innovation, and scalability of our intellectual property across English and localized languages. You’ll play a key role in translating product strategy into impactful content, and you will also contribute to the development of new evaluation tools by leveraging advances in psychometrics, generative AI, and technical assessment frameworks. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys balancing deep content development work with systems thinking, and who brings curiosity and technical fluency to improve how we build, manage, and scale assessments. Because of the interdisciplinary nature of this role, there’s great potential to shape the role according to your areas of strength.

- Build and maintain documentation and dashboards that enable transparency, tracking, and strategic decision-making.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our intellectual property inventory and ensure systems are in place to manage assessment content lifecycle stages (from launch to retirement).
Innovation, tooling & AI integration
- Prototype and experiment with generative AI to streamline technical content creation, improve quality, and scale content personalization.
- Support the development of novel, innovative and AI-powered assessment initiatives (e.g., multimedia tests, open-text scoring, immersive assessments) by bringing a content and systems perspective to crossfunctional software development teams.
- Contribute to shaping the future of our assessment IP by exploring how emerging AI technologies can expand, enhance, and personalize our evaluation tools at scale.
