Your new role
NFON AG is transforming cloud communications with AI-powered products, and you’ll be part of a collaborative team driving innovative solutions to market across Europe. In this role as Marketing Manager – Go-to-Market & Product Strategy, you will support our Senior Product Marketing Lead in executing go-to-market plans, drafting messaging, and ensuring launch projects stay on track. Acting as the organisational backbone for product launches, you’ll coordinate tasks, gather insights, and ensure every detail is flawlessly managed.
The work you‘ll do
- Compile market and competitor research decks.
- Draft value propositions and battlecards for senior review.
- Manage GTM project trackers and status reports.
- Coordinate sales-enablement sessions and collect feedback.
- Pull launch metrics and prepare draft performance reports.
The qualifications you need
- 2–4 years in a marketing support or project-coordination role.
- Strong research, writing, and organisational abilities.
- Fluent English (German a plus).
- Comfort with project-management tools and MS / Google Suite
