We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Spend team. This is a high-impact role focused on owning and evolving key parts of the Moss experience that span across teams and products. You’ll take the lead on our shared platform capabilities, interface foundations, and system-wide UX, ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability across our application.
Your responsibilities
Here are what you can expect in this role:
Lead design for Cards: including card management, spend workflows, card controls and more.
Own and evolve Reimbursements workflows: including business expenses, per diems, and mileages.
Own core product experiences such as My Moss, Tasks, Settings, Navigation and more.
Drive the definition and adoption of our design system, including component libraries, interaction patterns, and UI standards.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to turn complex problems into elegant, user-centered solutions.
About you
We’re looking for a hybrid of product thinker and systems designer. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
End-to-end product design experience, ideally with ownership over complex, multi-surface applications. With also experience in building or maintaining a design system, with a strong eye for scalable and consistent UI.
An ability to design across various layers of the experience, from micro-interactions to system architecture. Ideally with a background in financial products, expense management or B2B SaaS.
Fluency in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
