About the role:
As a key voice in our financial operations, you’ll be a trusted guide for our clients, a strategic problem-solver, and a champion of our company's financial health. You will master communications across phone, email, and chat, turning every interaction into a constructive, positive outcome.
You'll dive deep into complex cases by teaming up directly with our experts in Risk, Product, and Tech. Your mission is to move beyond scripts and canned responses; you will analyze client situations, collaborate across the company, and develop intelligent, effective solutions for outstanding accounts that leave our clients feeling supported and understood.
You will support our Buyers and Merchants and Collection Agencies to overcome challenges to pay, e.g. allocation issues, financial situations, issues in post purchase between Buyer and Merchant
You will manage and maintain case files effectively in our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and handled with discretion.
You will gather feedback from clients to help us continuously improve our technology and services.
