Team
This role is part of the Enablement & Academy team, responsible for empowering customers, partners, internal teams, and the research community to succeed with Aleph Alpha’s technology. As GenAI Training Specialist, you will design, deliver, and scale face-to-face training programs that drive adoption of our AI solutions across both business and technical user groups at our customers and partners.
You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to implement scalable training models, such as train-the-trainer programs, ensuring our customers and partners are equipped to maximize value from Aleph Alpha’s products.
Your responsibilities
Training Program Design & Delivery
Design and deliver high-quality, engaging, and hands-on face-to-face training sessions for diverse audiences, including knowledge workers, business users, AI engineers, and IT administrators
Customer Adoption & Enablement
Develop scalable training models, including train-the-trainer programs, customer champion networks, and community-building initiatives
End-to-End Training Execution
Coordinate logistics for in-person sessions, including venue, materials, and participant communication
