About the role
As our GTM Analyst, you'll be essential in achieving TestGorilla's vision of helping one billion people land their dream job. You’ll bridge the worlds of Finance, Strategy, and Analytics to support our go-to-market (GTM) leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This isn’t just a role; it’s your chance to shape how we use data to drive decisions and scale our commercial engine. You’ll directly contribute to enabling efficient growth and data-driven decision-making across our GTM teams.
Join our driven, remote-first team, and let’s achieve these ambitious goals together.
Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Uphold TestGorilla’s behaviors and foster an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across teams and time zones.
- Partner with GTM leaders to understand strategy, targets, and KPIs, aligning analytics efforts with business goals.
- Build and manage forecasting models (e.g., Bookings, Sales Capacity, Pipeline) to drive GTM planning and resource allocation.
- Design and maintain scalable analytics infrastructure that enables self-service access to KPIs and standardized metrics.
- Deliver strategic insights and performance reporting to executive stakeholders, driving action on growth and efficiency opportunities.
- Improve systems, processes, and data quality across GTM and Finance teams to enable scalability and growth.
- Own the creation of monthly board reporting packs, consolidating GTM, revenue, and operational performance into executive-ready insights.
- Lead cross-functional analytics projects, collaborating with Data, Finance, and Product to improve decision-making and predictability.
What you’ll bring
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Has 4+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, finance, or a GTM-facing role.
- Demonstrates understanding of tools like Hollistics, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Has experience with financial modeling and top-line forecasting.
- Can collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
We actively seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone. If you're interested in this role but your experience doesn't perfectly match the description, please still apply. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement. If this role excites you and you're confident you can do the job, we encourage you to apply!
