Your Role & Scope at SellerX
At SellerX, we are growing our global D2C team and looking for a Global D2C Website Manager to join us in Manila.
At SellerX, we’re at a pivotal stage—transitioning from marketplace-first to brand-first. As we scale our Amazon-born brands into powerful direct-to-consumer experiences, this role offers a rare opportunity to lead the performance and evolution of 10+ e-commerce websites across global markets.
We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on—a curious, adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building from the ground up. You’ll partner closely with global teams across marketing, tech, and operations, with a direct impact on the growth and scalability of our owned channels.

In Detail, you'll be hands on:
Site Ownership & Management
Take end-to-end ownership of 10+ Shopify Plus websites across different categories and regions. Oversee daily operations, product and content updates, site functionality, and performance.
Conversion & UX Optimization
Use data and testing tools to continually optimize navigation, page speed, and the checkout experience. Drive A/B testing and implement CRO best practices to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Marketing & Campaign Integration
Collaborate with the digital marketing, CRM, creative, and performance teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with on-site execution. Support product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional moments with timely updates and tracking.
Tech & Vendor Collaboration
Partner with our development agency and internal tech teams to troubleshoot, enhance site features, and integrate new tools. Ensure smooth backend performance and alignment with business systems (e.g., Akeneo, Netsuite, Celigo).
Analytics & Insights
Own reporting for site performance KPIs—traffic, conversion, revenue, AOV, and bounce rate. Share regular insights and recommendations to leadership to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
Requirements to thrive in your new Role:
5+ years of strong, proven experience managing D2C e-commerce websites (global or multi-brand preferred).
Deep expertise in Shopify Plus, including theme customization, third-party apps, and admin tools.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability—you can see the big picture and deliver the details.
Strong analytical skills with comfort in GA4, heatmaps, and A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, etc.).
Experienced with Figma, Adobe XD, or other UX/wireframing tools.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, and social commerce integrations is a plus.
Basic technical understanding of HTML, CSS, and Liquid scripting.
Excellent project management and communication skills—you’re organized, cross-functional, and proactive.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, international environment with multiple stakeholders.
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Akeneo, Celigo, Snowflake, and Netsuite.
