About the role
We're looking for a multi-talented Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our content engine, build brand equity, and convert interest into demand. You’ll own everything from our editorial calendar and thought leadership strategy to campaign execution and partner co-marketing. You’ll manage and craft our voice across every channel — and ensure our message resonates with our key personas.
You’ll be a storyteller, strategist, and operator in one — working closely with our entire marketing function, CEO, product, sales, and customer teams to make Taktile the most trusted brand in fintech decisioning.
What you’ll do
Drive content & thought leadership for Taktile
Design and execute thought leadership campaigns - end-to-end - from eBooks to blogs, newsletters, and more) that generate awareness and demand for Taktile
Design and execute other top-of-funnel campaigns that both generate awareness for Taktile and accelerate sales cyles for Business Development and Sales teams
Lead the creation of compelling social media content (particularly LinkedIn) for Taktile founders
Lead and contribute to cross-functional storytelling initiatives, including customer case studies and industry insights
Write and edit high-quality, on-brand content that speaks to fintech & banking product and risk leaders
Support inbound marketing strategy
Build and optimize Taktile’s inbound funnel to grow demo requests and newsletter subscribers
Develop high-converting landing pages, SEO-optimized content, and top-of-funnel campaigns
Support partner & community marketing
Support the creation of co-marketing campaigns with ecosystem partners (e.g., Plaid, Codat, Prism)
Grow Taktile’s industry awards program (“Top Voices in Risk”)
Support content ideation for webinars, panels, conferences, and other community initiatives
Support product & customer marketing
Support the translation of product capabilities into compelling messaging and one-pagers for sales
Work closely with customers to develop customer stories that amplify their success
Help refine positioning across use cases like onboarding, underwriting, and transaction monitoring
Monitor & measure
Track content performance, inbound metrics, and pipeline attribution
Collaborate with the go-to-market and wider organization to align on goals and OKRs
Run experiments to improve content discoverability and engagement
What we’re looking for
5-8+ years of experience in content, product, or inbound marketing (ideally in fintech or SaaS)
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills - you know how to grab attention and build trust
Strategic mindset with the ability to plan campaigns end-to-end and execute them independently
Deep empathy for our audience (risk and product leaders in fintech) and how to speak their language
Experience working with subject matter experts, customers, and executives to shape narratives
Comfort with CMS and CRM tools like HubSpot as well as Figma and Notion
Aesthetic sensibility and high bar for quality across written and visual content
