Position: Chief of Staff
Reports to: Chief of Legal and Strategy Officer
We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented Chief of Staff to serve as a critical partner to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and CEO. This role will act as the operational and strategic right hand, driving cross-functional alignment, accelerating decision-making, and ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives across the enterprise.
You will maintain a broad lens on company priorities, oversee internal operations within the executive office, and serve as a key integrator between strategy, legal, operations, and corporate initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the CEO and SLT to define, communicate, and execute strategic priorities.
Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, leadership offsites, and strategic planning sessions.
Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure alignment and timely delivery of business goals.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic metrics.
Anticipate needs, surface potential risks, and provide recommendations to facilitate proactive decision-making.
Oversee special projects from conception to execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Act as liaison between the CEO’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage the executive office’s workflow, prioritization, and operational cadence.
Support communication strategies for executive updates, announcements, and organizational change.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in a strategic, operational, or leadership role (management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations strongly preferred).
Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
