The Position

As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will drive key operational processes, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and optimize workflows to support our company missions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of the partner portfolio by aligning strategies with company objectives and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
- Lead and accelerate special projects and market launches by managing critical tasks, preparing partner insights, and coordinating seamlessly with stakeholders.
- Oversee daily operations with delivery, freight, and fulfillment partners across Germany, Poland, and the UK, ensuring reliable and cost-effective performance.
- Track and analyze partner KPIs and cost metrics, delivering actionable reports, proactively flagging risks, and implementing root-cause solutions.
- Facilitate and lead partner operational reviews, capturing key outcomes and ensuring timely execution of next steps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Process Engineering, Customer Support, Operations, Account Management, Business Development, and Tech to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and evolve process documentation and SOPs to ensure operational excellence and transparent knowledge-sharing across the organization.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field (internships also considered)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work confidently with data
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for KPI and cost analysis (SQL is a plus)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams, markets and seniority levels (internally and externally)
- Curiosity to learn about fulfilment operations, Carrier Partners, 3PL supplier relations, and cross-team collaboration
- Hands-on, proactive, and eager to take ownership of assigned tasks while developing your skills
