This internship offers the opportunity to gain deep exposure to executive-level operations in a dynamic, fast-scaling tech company. You’ll work directly with the Chief of Staff and CEOs and collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-impact strategic and operational projects. Ideal for candidates with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Your challenge
Fundraising Support
Support on executing the strategy for the next fundraising round
Prepare materials for fundraise (e.g. decks, data room, investor outreach)
Assist with investor meetings and follow-ups
Support due diligence processes and market intelligence gathering
Strategic Operations
Assist in preparation and coordination of: Board Meetings, investor Jour Fixes, OKR Process, All-Hands Meetings
Track and follow up on key action items post-meetings
Business Development & Growth Initiatives
Support business development initiatives
Preparation of external presentations and materials
Conduct market and competitor analysis
Process Improvement & Special Projects
Continuously identify areas to optimize internal workflows and processes
Take ownership of initiatives with measurable impact
Provide analytical and organizational support for ad hoc high-priority & -impact projects
Your profile
Highly structured thinker with excellent written & verbal communication
Strong project management and prioritization skills
Analytical mindset, ownership mentality and a “get-stuff-done” attitude
Proficiency in tools like Google Suite and Microsoft 365
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Studies or experience in Business, Economics, Consulting, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
