THE POSITION
As one of the very first SDRs in our German team, you will play a pioneering role in establishing Lemonway’s commercial presence in this strategic market. More than just qualifying leads, you will actively shape the go-to-market approach in Germany and contribute to building a strong sales engine from the ground up.
As a member of the Sales & Marketing department and the SDR team, you will be expected to:
Handle inbound leads from marketing campaigns and ensure their prompt qualification.
Manage a portfolio of strategic leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Proactively carry out outbound prospecting activities to identify new opportunities for the Account Executives, with a strong focus on quality.
Conduct strategic monitoring to detect new potential leads in targeted markets.
Feed and monitor the sales pipeline with reliable and regularly updated data in Salesforce.
Contribute to identifying new markets and high-potential prospect segments, helping to shape Lemonway’s growth in Germany.
Participate in and support the execution of marketing campaigns, bringing local insight.
Apply the BANT methodology for new leads in line with Lemonway’s strategy, and submit each BANT to the Head of Sales for validation.
Update and enrich Salesforce to ensure efficient pipeline management.
Leverage prospecting tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Kaspr, Nomination, Lemlist) to enrich and segment the pipeline.
Foster a culture of performance, innovation, and collaboration within a fast-growing team.

ABOUT YOU
Having some initial experience in Sales, ideally in a B2B environment us a plus
You are motivated by the idea of joining a pioneering team and helping build Lemonway’s success story in Germany.
You have a strong interest in marketplaces, fintech, and payment solutions.
Autonomous, curious, and ambitious, you demonstrate both rigor and team spirit.
You are fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
Knowledge of the FinTech environment is a plus.
